During a self-exclusion period, z96 will:
- Immediately suspend your account from all gaming activity

- Stop all marketing and promotional communications to you
- Ensure that any remaining withdrawable balance is paid out to you promptly
- Refuse any attempts to open a new account during the exclusion period
