1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and z96 ("z96", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website at z96.club and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, promotions, and customer support services.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.
3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the z96 platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, z96 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus funds, and withhold any winnings derived from bonus activity pending review.
3.2 Accurate Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, a false name, or a fictitious address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. z96 will never request your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact z96 support immediately via the live chat facility at z96.club. z96 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials confidential.
3.4 Account Currency
All z96 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals processed through Bangladeshi payment methods. The minimum deposit threshold is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. z96 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment service provider (for example, bKash or Nagad) may apply its own transaction fees in accordance with its own published fee schedule.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
z96 currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. z96 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue payment method support with reasonable notice to players.
4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the player's z96 wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Deposits via bank card or internet banking may take up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing bank. z96 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within the expected timeframe, please contact z96 support with your transaction reference number.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 2 to 4 hours of submission. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. z96 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is materially larger than the player's typical transaction history or where KYC documentation has not been fully verified. z96 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name.
4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions
Funds sourced from an active bonus are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited directly by the player (with no active bonus attached) are available for withdrawal at any time, subject to identity verification. z96 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the z96 platform are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods, which are communicated to the player at the time the offer is presented. By claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific terms attached to that offer. z96 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where z96 has reason to believe the offer is being abused or exploited.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements represent the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward the completion of wagering requirements. The specific contribution rates and any excluded titles will be communicated alongside the offer. z96 reserves the right to void bonus winnings where a player has circumvented the wagering requirement through game selection manipulation or stake-sizing strategies designed to exploit the offer structure.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension:
- Registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once.
- Coordinating with other players to exploit offer structures through matched betting, arbitrage, or collusive play.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets as part of a bonus wagering strategy.
- Deliberately exploiting a software error, miscalculated odds, or a system malfunction to generate bonus-funded winnings.
- Placing predominantly low-variance bets (for example, placing equal-value bets on both outcomes of the same event) solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk.
6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
z96 is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. To protect the integrity of the platform, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Fraudulent deposits: Initiating chargebacks, reversals, or disputes with your payment provider in bad faith after funds have been used for betting activity.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players at live casino tables or in any multiplayer environment in a manner that gives an unfair advantage over other participants.
- Use of automated tools: Using any bot, script, scraper, automated browser, or third-party software to interact with the z96 platform in any way not explicitly authorised by z96 in writing.
- Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of obvious pricing errors, software bugs, or system malfunctions. z96 reserves the right to void bets or transactions placed under such conditions and to recover any funds incorrectly credited as a result.
- Money laundering: Using the z96 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering or financial crime scheme. z96 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious activity in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Impersonation: Registering an account or communicating with support staff while impersonating another person, whether real or fictitious.
z96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be in breach of this section and to withhold funds pending investigation. Where criminal activity is suspected, z96 will refer the matter to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
7. Account Closure and Suspension
7.1 Closure by the Player
You may close your z96 account at any time by contacting the z96 support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Any bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money funds with no wagering conditions attached will be returned to your verified payment method.
7.2 Closure or Suspension by z96
z96 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where there is evidence of or reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading registration information; fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or any conduct that z96 determines to be contrary to the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.
7.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. z96 will notify the account holder at the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. The applicable dormancy fee schedule will be communicated at the time of notification. Dormancy fees will not reduce the account balance below zero.
8. Responsible Gaming
z96 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform provides a suite of tools designed to help players manage their gaming activity. - Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour reflection period.
- Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for a single gaming session. When the time limit is reached, you will be logged out automatically.
- Cooling-off period: Suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, no deposits, bets, or bonus claims are permitted. The period cannot be shortened once initiated.
- Self-exclusion: Request a formal self-exclusion for a minimum period of 3 months. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration selected. Marketing communications will cease immediately upon activation.
